BEFORE
This is usually how the machines come to us. Most often, they are ready for the scrap yard. But, we can still rebuild them.
DURING
This pictures shows just how far we go when we rebuild a laser systems. Every single nut and bolt is removed. The entire machine is disassembled.
COMPLETED
Depending on what shape the machine was in and what parts needed to be replaced the machine is put back together usually in 4 weeks or less.

We build our laser systems right here in Orlando, FL. Nearly of the components are made in the USA. We strive to only buy American made components. This system is our generic and standard system for most job shops. Power ranges from 10-100 watt versions. All running off 110V!!
LASER KITS
With customers wanting to integrate laser engraving into their operation with minimal expense this is the best way to go. This would not be an ideal setup if you are new to laser engraving. We would recommend you buy a turn key kit.
CUSTOM SYSTEMS
These are systems that we have built for a specific application. The machine pictured to the left has a custom enclosure with a pen feeding system that runs 24-7 at a facility right here in the USA. Yes we designed the pencil feeding system too.
