Service Rates:  Rates are based on each service call and/or service issue.

Labor: 

$150/HR with an (8) Hour Minimum.  (10) hour blocks of labor can be ordered

at $100/HR.  Reduced rate hours must be used within a (6) month period following

the purchase.

$75.00 per hour per call with a (1) hour minimum.

Travel time to and from the service call will be charged at $50/HR

regardless if air or ground transportation is used.

Various travel related expenses are charged at cost plus 10% to handle administration

and finance fees.  Some travel expenses include but are not limited to:

*  Mileage @ $0.50 per mile

*  Hotel

*  Rental Cars

*  Meals, per diem

*  Tolls

*  Rental car gas

*  "Baggage Fees" for checking tools and other service related equipment on airlines.

Replacement Parts & Third Party Services:

Replacement parts and third party services are charged at cost

plus 25%-100% markup to handle administration, finance, shipping and handling costs.
